As we unshroud the looking glass of our past life, we start acknowledging that death of old self has occurred and the mourning period, the darkness is over.

These cycles of darkness and light, blindness and sight, happen daily, monthly, annually, and so on...

Time to let in the light even if at first it is blinding, it will nourish and warm you.

The dark, necessary inner work of winter is done for this cycle. It's time to come out of self and into the world. Spring is here.

Spring Cleans up the winter mess and remains to lighten the load. shed some clothes, lighten up and let yourself be overcome by the urge to dance, socialize, exercise and play.

Today is a new day. Let's make it a good day. Let go of yesterday. Let go and find your way.
