What stories are you writing in your head?

It’s not just what you say out loud that affects the outcome of your day or your life, it’s also what you say in your head. It’s also most effective for communication and relations if what you think on the inside matches your outside. We are the authors of our lives. With that powerful awareness we can affect so much change in our lives. First step is to wake up and start living life consciously. If you are not then life is happening to you instead of you happening to life. We are responsible for what we put in this world consciously or unconsciously. You choose. I’m here to ask you to choose kindness towards yourself and others with your thoughts and words and see how that reflects back to you in your daily life. When we wake up and start noticing our thoughts and feeling their impact we can start to change them.

Each one of us has that creative freedom. If you are going to write stories, I suggest you write good ones. Each thought is paired with an emotions that impacts you physically. Our thoughts eventually become things. Thoughts can become habit and lead to addiction and disEase. Thoughts can also change that to healing, remembering, and outgrowing. When we get stuck in a negative thought pattern it gets reinforced and eventually becomes our automatic response when we are triggered. We can also practice loving, positive and self serving thoughts in gentler moments, and if we do it often enough they become the new automatic response. What we think most, generally wins.
